Third Party Only (TPO)
The basic, mandatory cover every motorist must have. Compensates third parties for bodily injury or property damage arising from your vehicle's use — including third-party injuries and third-party property damage.
Best value
Comprehensive Insurance
Full protection for you, your car and third parties. Includes everything in Third Party, plus damage to your own vehicle from accidents, fire and theft. The stronger choice for vehicles valued over KShs. 500,000.

Before you get a quote

Once you send your vehicle details over WhatsApp and confirm your M-PESA payment, cover is typically activated the same day. For urgent cases, call or WhatsApp our team and we'll prioritise it.

For most motor cover you'll need a copy of your KRA PIN certificate, national ID, and logbook. Comprehensive cover also requires a recent valuation letter. Exact requirements are listed on each product page.

Private car and commercial vehicle premiums can be split into two instalments. PSV cover is billed annually by default — message us and we'll talk through options for your fleet.

We place your cover with one of our licensed underwriting partners — including Britam, AMACO, DirectLine, Monarch, and Definite — depending on the best fit for your vehicle and budget.

Report to the police, photograph the scene, and notify us immediately. Our full claims procedure — from documentation to settlement — is outlined in the Claims section below.

Vehicle accident cover procedure

Follow these steps after an accident for a smooth claims process.

Report & document
Report to traffic police, photograph the scene, notify us, and take the car to a garage or assessment centre.

Submit documents
Submit the police abstract, filled claim form, copy of your ID and driving licence, and photos to the insurer.

Insurer review
The insurer issues an assessment report and required excess, investigating further where necessary.
4
Resolution
Repairs: authorised, completed, reinspected and released. Write-off: salvage taken, offer made, settlement paid.
